"Disney Twisted-Wonderland: The Animation" Season 1: Episode of Heartslabyul will debut exclusively on Disney+ starting Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
In anticipation of the premiere, character PVs for eight key figures from Season 1, including students from the Heartslabyul dormitory, Yuken Enma, Grim, and Crowley, are being released over eight consecutive days.
The first character PV to be unveiled introduces Yuken Enma, a high school student who accidentally crosses from the real world into Twisted-Wonderland, a magical realm, and finds himself enrolled at the prestigious magic training institution, Night Raven College.

Character PV: Yuken Enma
The character PV released on day one introduces Yuken Enma (CV: Yohei Azakami), a high school student who finds himself in a fantasy world. The video, set to Night Ravens' opening theme "Piece of my world," starts with a mysterious black carriage and then shows Yuken at Night Raven College, a school for aspiring magicians. Much to the surprise of Headmaster Dire Crowley, Yuken exclaims, "I can't use magic!"
The PV continues to depict Yuken's magical encounters during his school life, featuring scenes with his first-year Heartslabyul dorm classmates, Ace Trappola and Deuce Spade, and Grim, a monster aiming to be a magician. Despite his inability to use magic, Yuken is shown in action-packed sequences confronting enemies.
In the latter part of the PV, Yuken appears in kendo gear, holding a bamboo sword with a determined expression, facing an unseen challenge. This leaves viewers curious about the experiences and battles awaiting Yuken in the main story, building anticipation for the series.
More character PVs will be released on Disney+'s official social media accounts in the coming days. These will highlight Grim, who lives with Yuken in the run-down dorm, as well as students from Heartslabyul dorm and Headmaster Crowley. As the streaming release date approaches, these character-focused PVs, emphasizing each individual's unique personality, are expected to heighten excitement for the unfolding story.

Story
Welcome to Twisted Wonderland, a realm where magic thrives.
In this world, the Great Seven once existed as real beings and are now revered as legends. The Queen of Hearts, the King of Beasts, the Sea Witch, the Sorcerer of the Sand, the Beautiful Queen, the Lord of the Underworld, and the Witch of Thorns - these seven legends continue to influence the present day.
Within Twisted Wonderland lies Night Raven College, a prestigious magic training school boasting seven dormitories inspired by the Great Seven. One of the seven dorm leaders is Riddle Rosehearts, who heads Heartslabyul, a dorm founded on the strict principles of the Queen of Hearts. Known as the "Crimson Tyrant," Riddle rules his dorm mates with an iron fist, enforcing the "Laws of the Queen of Hearts" and causing much distress.
On the day of the entrance ceremony, Yuken Enma, a high school boy from the real world, accidentally stumbles into Twisted Wonderland. Simultaneously, Grim, a monster aspiring to become a magic user, crashes the ceremony. To resolve the situation, Headmaster Crowley makes a special arrangement: Yuken becomes Grim's supervisor and is allowed to stay at the school. While searching for a way back to his world, Yuu finds himself caught up in various misadventures with his first-year classmates, Ace and Deuce.
Will Yuken find his way back to his own world?
And what led Riddle to become a "tyrant"? What chains bind him?
