TOKYO - Kaori Sakamoto delivered a triumphant farewell performance at the Japanese national figure skating championships on Sunday, qualifying for the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics by winning her fifth straight women's singles crown and sixth overall at Tokyo's Yoyogi National Stadium.
