Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway's Flash - The Sorcery of Nymph Circe New Trailer

Today, Thursday, December 18, the main trailer was released on the official Gundam YouTube channel, "Gundam Channel."

"Somehow, I need to detach myself from this flesh and emotional desires"—Hathaway corners himself. Gigi and Kelia each call his name with their own feelings in their hearts. The wavering emotions of young people caught in the fires of war. And the crushing weight of destiny that "Hathaway Noa" carries as "Mafty." This contrast is etched onto the screen as a "coming-of-age ensemble drama amidst the flames of war."

The duet "ENDROLL" by Yohei Kawakami [Alexandros] × SennaRin has been confirmed as an insert song for this film, with artist comments also arriving. Be sure to watch for this collaboration between composer Hiroyuki Sawano and vocalists Yohei Kawakami and SennaRin!

Artist Comments on Insert Song "ENDROLL"

Yohei Kawakami [Alexandros] Comment

"It’s a true honor to be able to follow Hathaway’s journey through two films with this voice of mine.

In Senko (Flash), I focused on expressing 'impulse.' For this film, I’ve tried to capture the 'fragility' that remains beyond that.

I was incredibly inspired by Hiroyuki Sawano’s music and SennaRin’s vocals. I honestly can’t wait for the day we can experience the sheer intensity of this story in theaters once again."

Synopsis

U.C. 0105, twelve years after Char’s Rebellion—

“Mafty” begins its resistance against the oppressive Earth Federation Government by assassinating government ministers. The true identity of this leader is Hathaway Noa, the son of Bright Noa, who fought alongside Amuro Ray during the One Year War.

Hathaway is reminded of his past trauma by the girl who shows mysterious power, Gigi Andalusia. Even while being swayed by her words, he proceeds with his goal as Mafty, preparing for the attack on the Adelaide Conference...

As Federation Forces’ Kenneth Slegg prepares the defense operation for the Adelaide Conference and the extermination of Mafty—a plan he personally drafted—he is approached with a secret deal by Hundley Yeoksan of the Criminal Police Organization.
