TOKYO - Japan's current account surplus in November rose 10.0 percent from a year earlier to 3.67 trillion yen ($23.2 billion), a record for the month, reflecting a larger surplus in the goods trade balance, the Finance Ministry said Tuesday.
The current account balance, one of the broadest gauges of international trade, stayed in the black for the 10th consecutive month as returns on foreign investments also remained robust.
