WASHINGTON - U.S. President Donald Trump said Tuesday he will pursue a "stronger" tariff regime, warning that American trading partners should not have any doubts about their deals already reached with his administration following a top court ruling that struck down his signature economic tool.

In his first State of the Union address since returning to the White House a little over a year ago, Trump highlighted what he sees as his accomplishments, ranging from a drop in the number of illegal immigrants to soaring stock prices.
