Story

Koichi Haimawari is an unremarkable college student who once dreamed of becoming a hero but has since given up on that aspiration.

His secret pleasure is wandering the streets dressed as All Might, pretending to be a pro hero and helping people in need.

While living his ordinary life, Koichi encounters Pop☆Step, a self-proclaimed idol who performs guerrilla concerts without permission, and Knuckleduster, a mysterious masked man who calls himself a "cleaner specializing in scum." These encounters draw Koichi into the world of vigilantism.

As they illegally save people, are they criminals disrupting order or a righteous group taking justice into their own hands?

The curtain rises on the story of the "Vigilantes," heroes operating outside the law!
