TOKYO - A new music initiative in Tokyo is opening the stage to people who once felt left out.
Even if you are hard of hearing or cannot read sheet music, you can still play. The World Yuru Music Association in Tokyo is working to get the word out about instruments designed so anyone can enjoy music, regardless of disability or skill level.
