SEOUL - North Korea launched several short-range ballistic missiles toward the Sea of Japan on Wednesday, South Korea's military said.
The missiles were fired at around 8:50 a.m. from the Wonsan area in the eastern part of the country and flew about 240 kilometers, according to South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff.
