TORONTO - Tomoyuki Sugano earned his third win of the season as the Colorado Rockies routed the Cincinnati Reds 13-2 on Wednesday.
Sugano (3-1) allowed four hits and struck out two over 5-1/3 scoreless innings at Great American Ball Park.
