FUKUSHIMA, Japan - A bus carrying high school students crashed into a guardrail on an expressway in the northeastern prefecture of Fukushima on Wednesday, killing one and seriously injuring five others, police said.
The bus was carrying a driver and 20 students from Hokuetsu High School in Niigata who are also members of the school tennis team, according to the school. They were on their way to practice matches in Tomioka, Fukushima Prefecture, the school said.
