CHICAGO - Munetaka Murakami blasted his 15th homer of the season Friday, tying with New York Yankees superstar Aaron Judge for the Major League Baseball lead, as the Chicago White Sox lost 12-8 to the Seattle Mariners.
Murakami went deep in the bottom of the first inning with a solo shot to left at Rate Field, setting an MLB record by homering in eight straight series openers, according to the big league's official site.
