NEW YORK - The Japan Parade, an event showcasing Japanese culture, was held Saturday near Central Park in New York's Manhattan, with various groups performing dances and martial arts, drawing loud applause from the crowd despite the rain.
The parade, marking its fifth edition, is becoming a fixture among New Yorkers amid growing interest in Japanese culture. Cast members of a stage adaptation of the popular Japanese manga and anime series "Jujutsu Kaisen" also participated.
