SEOUL - A North Korea women's football team arrived in South Korea on Sunday to compete in a continental club tournament, marking the first visit by athletes from the North in more than seven years.
The 39-member squad of Pyongyang-based Naegohyang Women's FC landed at Incheon International Airport ahead of their Asian Football Confederation Women's Champions League semifinal against Suwon FC Women, slated for Wednesday in Suwon, south of Seoul.
