TOKYO - Kirishima bounced back from his first loss to regain the outright lead, but fellow ozeki Kotozakura slumped to the brink of a losing record Monday at the Summer Grand Sumo Tournament.
Joint overnight leaders Wakatakakage and Tobizaru were both among the losers on Day 9 at Tokyo's Ryogoku Kokugikan, joining three other wrestlers in a tie for second place at 7-2.
