Nagano to Tokyo shinkansen bullet trains suspended due to power outage

TOKYO - Shinkansen bullet train services from Nagano to Tokyo were temporarily suspended Tuesday morning due to a power outage, the operator said.

JR East said Hokuriku Shinkansen trains had been unable to leave the depot in Nagano due to the power outage but bullet train services from Tokyo to Nagano had continued operating normally.
