Baseball: Murakami strikes out 4 times as White Sox lose ALDS to Guardians

CLEVELAND, Ohio - Munetaka Murakami struck out swinging four times as the Chicago White Sox lost the American League Division Series on Saturday with a 2-0, Game 5 defeat to the Cleveland Guardians.

The White Sox had won the first two games of the best-of-five series at Progressive Field but lost twice at their home, Rate Field, and their defeat on their return to Cleveland saw them miss out on a first League Championship Series berth in 21 years.
