NEW YORK - A sushi expo in New York, touted to be the biggest of its kind in the United States, drew many Japanese-food fans and businesspeople Sunday, treating them to unlimited samples and tuna-cutting shows.
Over 60 companies participated in Sushi-Con 2026, giving visitors a chance to taste everything from fresh tuna and wagyu beef to wasabi and green tea.
