Japan forward Genki Haraguchi has moved on loan from German Bundesliga first-division club Hertha Berlin to second-division leaders Fortuna Dusseldorf, the teams announced Tuesday.A former Urawa Red, Haraguchi, joined Hertha in July 2014.
