Boxing: Shigeoka-Valladares IBF mini flyweight title unification set

In a match to unify the International Boxing Federation mini flyweight title, interim champion Ginjiro Shigeoka of Japan will face Mexican champion Daniel Valladares on Aug. 11 in Osaka, Shigeoka's Watanabe Gym said Friday.Shigeoka became interim champion in April with a ninth-round knockout of the Philippines' Rene Mark Cuarto, three months after his title challenge against Valladares was declared a no-contest due to an accidental head butt in the third round."I want there to be a clear winner and loser between us," Shigeoka said.
