The Russian Bobsleigh Federation announced Friday that Olympic Athlete from Russia Nadezha Sergeeva tested positive for a banned substance in the second case of an athlete failing a doping test at the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.Sergeeva, who finished 12th in the two-woman bobsleigh, had a negative result on Feb. 13 but tested positive for a heart drug on Feb. 18.
