Wrestling: Nonoka Ozaki wins playoff for women's 68-kg Olympic berth

Nonoka Ozaki will wrestle for Japan in the women's 68-kilogram division at this summer's Paris Olympics after beating Asian champion Ami Ishii in a playoff Saturday.The two were scheduled for the winner-take-all match at Tokyo's Ajinomoto National Training Center after running neck and neck in the Olympic qualification race.The 20-year-old Ozaki is the reigning world champion in the non-Olympic 65-kg class and was the 62-kg world champion in 2022.
