Japan scrumhalf Naoto Saito has signed to play with Toulouse for the 2024-2025 season, the 23-time French championship side announced Wednesday.The 26-year-old, who had been playing for Japan Rugby League One team Tokyo Sungoliath, has been capped 20 times for the national team and played in last year's World Cup in France.France international scrumhalf Antoine Dupont captained Toulouse to the team's sixth European Champions Cup title this year.
