Kyushu Grand Sumo Tournament winner Kotozakura said Monday he plans to seize the opportunity for yokozuna promotion in the wake of his maiden Emperor's Cup.The 27-year-old from Chiba Prefecture was crowned champion of the 15-day tournament at Fukuoka Kokusai Center with a 14-1 record after defeating fellow ozeki Hoshoryu in Sunday's winner-take-all closing bout.The ozeki pair were the only remaining contenders for the title and came into the final day deadlocked at 13 wins and one loss.
