Football: Brighton reject Saudi club's big-money bid for Kaoru Mitoma

Brighton and Hove Albion have rejected a huge transfer bid from Saudi Arabian football club Al-Nassr for star Japan winger Kaoru Mitoma, the BBC and other media outlets reported Thursday.Al-Nassr are said to have offered 54.4 million pounds ($67.6 million) for the 27-year-old, who signed a contract extension with Brighton in October 2023 that runs to the summer of 2027.The Saudi Pro-League side, home to Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, were expected to return with a higher bid.Mitoma has featured in all 23 English Premier League games for Brighton this season.He…READ FULL ARTICLE
