Actress Ryoko Hirosue was arrested on suspicion of injuring a nurse at a hospital in central Japan as she awaited treatment after rear-ending a truck on an expressway, local police said Tuesday.Hirosue, 44, allegedly kicked a female nurse multiple times and scratched her arm at the hospital in Shimada, Shizuoka Prefecture, past midnight, according to the police.
