Los Angeles Angels manager Mike Scioscia said Monday that Tommy John surgery is not yet a consideration for two-way player Shohei Ohtani, while his return to the lineup as a designated hitter is still a possibility.Scioscia told reporters before the game against the Seattle Mariners he had no further updates on Ohtani's health other than that he has begun rehab.
