Companies risk losing their most AI-savvy employees while leaving majority behind: PwC

 ・Across the workforce, AI use is up 10 points – but access to learning and development resources is down 8 points
・Workers who use AI daily are significantly more likely to trust management, feel secure in their jobs and view technological change positively
・However, the majority of workers (56%) are falling behind – only two in five say they have access to the learning and development resources they need
・Meanwhile, almost a third (29%) of 'front-runner' employees with strong AI capabilities and scarce skills say they are very or extremely likely to change employer in the next year.
