animate is set to launch its fourth store in Taiwan, the "animate Ximen Station POPUP SHOP," on December 1, 2025. This new location marks animate's second store in Taipei, and fourth after Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung.
The "animate Ximen Station POPUP SHOP" will be situated in the Ximen Underground Street in Taipei, an area currently being developed into a commercial facility. It's conveniently located just a minute's walk from the existing animate Taipei store and has a direct connection to MRT Ximen Station.
Unlike conventional animate stores, this POPUP SHOP will feature monthly rotating themes, showcasing different anime and manga franchises. Additionally, "animate Gratte Ximen Station" will be on-site, offering themed sugar cookies and drinks inspired by various anime series. Get ready for the grand opening of our second store in Taipei — the “Animate Ximen Station POPUP SHOP”!
