TALLINN - Japan's Rio Nakata won back-to-back figure skating junior world championships on Friday, becoming the first male skater from the country to achieve the feat.
The 17-year-old scored a junior worlds' record total of 268.47 points in Tallinn after logging 178.96 in the free skate, in which he landed a quadruple salchow and toe loop as well as two triple axels.
