OSAKA - Yokozuna Onosato slumped to an 0-3 start at the Spring Grand Sumo Tournament on Tuesday, raising questions about the five-time Emperor's Cup winner's continued participation at Edion Arena Osaka.
The 25-year-old grand champion has struggled since dislocating his left shoulder at the end of the November meet and appeared to lack power through his left side in his short-lived battle with No. 2 maegashira Fujinokawa (1-2), who scored the upset with a hand pull down.
