BEIJING - China's top diplomat Wang Yi and his North Korean counterpart Choe Son Hui agreed in Pyongyang on Thursday to strengthen the two countries' relations based on a consensus reached last September between their leaders, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said.
Wang, who is on a two-day visit to North Korea through Friday, was quoted as telling Choe that Beijing stands ready to work with Pyongyang to "continue consolidating the positive momentum" in the development of bilateral relations.
