GENEVA - The International Olympic Committee has put its Esports Commission's activities on hold, a source close to the matter said Sunday.
Future involvement of electronic sports at the Olympics was seen as a possibility under previous IOC President Thomas Bach, but the drive is set to slow down under incumbent Kirsty Coventry, who places more emphasis on existing sports.
