COLOGNE, Germany - Japan attacker Momoko Tanikawa scored for Bayern Munich in a 4-0 hammering of Wolfsburg in the women's German Cup final on Thursday, sealing a domestic double with the league title.
The 21-year-old Nadeshiko Japan playmaker was in the thick of the action at RheinEnergieStadion in Cologne, first winning a penalty deep in the first half when she was fouled from behind, leading to Georgia Stanway netting the opener from the spot.
