MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin - Munetaka Murakami delivered a three-run double during a mammoth nine-run rally for the Chicago White Sox in Friday's 9-4 win against the San Francisco Giants.

The White Sox did all their damage in the top of the fourth inning at Oracle Park, where Murakami went 1-for-3 with three RBIs and two runs scored after also drawing a walk and getting hit by a pitch.

Batting second in the lineup, the Chicago first baseman cleared the bags with his line drive to right field with two out in the fourth.

"It was a mistakenly thrown pitch, so I was able to square it up well," Murakami said. "We took advantage of their mistakes, and it was really good that the lineup came together and we were able to score a lot of runs."

At American Family Field, Shohei Ohtani had an RBI sacrifice fly in the Los Angeles Dodgers' 5-1 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers.

The two-way star went 1-for-3 leading off as designated hitter.

Among other Japanese major leaguers, Kazuma Okamoto continued his slump, going hitless for a fourth straight game as his Toronto Blue Jays beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 6-2 for their third consecutive win.

Okamoto fanned in all four at-bats at Rogers Centre and has struck out 13 times over his last five games.

In other Major League Baseball news, Los Angeles Angels left-hander Yusei Kikuchi was transferred from the 15-day injured list to the 60-day injured list with left shoulder inflammation.

The 34-year-old was placed on the 15-day injured list on May 3 and expects to return by late July, according to MLB.com.
