CHICAGO - The Chicago White Sox said Saturday they have placed Japanese slugger Munetaka Murakami on the 10-day injured list with a right hamstring strain.
Murakami, tied for the American League lead with 20 home runs, is expected to miss four to six weeks, according to manager Will Venable.
