TOKYO - Japan women's guard Mai Yamamoto has signed a rest-of-season contract with the Las Vegas Aces, the WNBA club announced Friday.
Known for her shooting ability and speed, the 26-year-old from Hiroshima Prefecture could become the fifth Japanese to compete in the WNBA should she appear in the current season that began in May.
