Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi said Monday the government will compile by the end of next week an emergency package of additional cybersecurity measures.
Takaichi made the remarks at a meeting of relevant Cabinet ministers at her office in Tokyo, arranged as the Japanese government seeks to coordinate its response to a surge in companies reporting unauthorized access to their systems.
