IOC chief Bach's arrival in Japan to be moved forward to July 8

International Olympic Committee chief Thomas Bach plans to arrive in Japan on July 8 for the Tokyo Olympics, bringing his itinerary forward one day to accommodate his schedule, an official familiar with the planning said Monday.The IOC president was expected to come to the host country on July 9, three days earlier than initially scheduled.
