A 22-year-old man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly causing his girlfriend's baby serious injuries by hitting the boy's head against the floor in his house in western Japan, police said.Katsuhiko Hosokawa admitted to the charges and police suspect he might have been abusing the 1-year-old baby on a daily basis.
