The following is the full text of the Peace Declaration read Monday by Nagasaki Mayor Tomihisa Taue at a ceremony to mark the 76th anniversary of the atomic bombing of the city.This year saw the passing of a Catholic monk. Ozaki Toumei spent his whole life following in the footsteps of Father Maximilian Kolbe, the man who was called the "Saint of Auschwitz."
