Japan's imperial couple to visit Britain as state guests from June 22

Japan's Cabinet on Tuesday approved a trip by Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako to Britain as state guests from June 22 to 29, after the plan was postponed in 2020 due to the coronavirus outbreak.The couple plans to attend a luncheon with the royal family and visit the grave of the Unknown Warrior in Westminster Abbey to lay flowers on June 25.
