Two men were injured Wednesday in an explosion that occurred on the first floor of a commercial building in Niigata, northwest of Tokyo, police said.The men, one in his 40s and the other in his 60s, were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the local police.The explosion was caused by a gas canister for a tabletop stove.An emergency call was made around 11:30 a.m. reporting the explosion and shattered windows at the building on a shopping street located around 1.5 kilometers from JR Niigata Station, in the Niigata prefectural capital on the Sea of Japan coast.P…READ FULL ARTICLE
