China's new state-of-the-art aircraft carrier, the Fujian, carried out the first takeoffs and landings of three types of ship-borne planes using its so-called electromagnetic catapult, the Chinese national TV broadcaster said Monday.The official Xinhua News Agency separately released a photo of a jet landing on the aircraft carrier using an arresting hook.
