Greg Kelly, a former Nissan Motor Co. representative director, will be released on bail as early as Tuesday, sources close to the matter said Friday, after he was arrested last month along with his former boss Carlos Ghosn.Kelly applied for bail earlier in the day through his lawyers.Ghosn and Kelly were indicted Dec. 10 for violating the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act by understating Ghosn's remuneration.
