An international team is struggling to locate and rescue a submersible that went missing in the northern Atlantic Ocean off Canada on Sunday during an undersea tour to view the sunken wreckage of the Titanic.With the clock ticking before the five people on board are expected to run out of oxygen Thursday morning, the U.S. Coast Guard said Wednesday a Canadian airplane detected unidentified noises in the search area the same day.Capt.
